Lidköping Golf Club is well established and its history dates from 1967 when the club was formed. Through the years the club has hosted the tour competitions of rank such as Rörstrand Ladies Open and is a popular host club for the championships of various kinds. The club has also brought a long line of prominent golfers who succeeded well beyond the club level.
For three years the course has undergone a renovation and remodeling signed Peter Chamberlain. Hole stretch has been changed so we now have two 9-hole loops emanating from the clubhouse. Two new holes have been created and green areas have been renovated. The track is easy to get as it is relatively flat and there are no long distances between holes. For those who do are golf carts available.
From our popular restaurant in the clubhouse, you can follow the game on the court. Our restaurateurs have a wide choice and serves everything from sandwiches for lunch and a la carte.
Our coach Jonas and Mrs Stern offers a well-stocked golf store store with the latest golf fashions and much more.
For those of you who come with caravan / camper is good pitches with power outlets at the club. Desired accommodation we have several partner hotels within Lidköping. From central Lidköping, it takes only about 10 minutes out to the club.
